Ruchika Gupta, a Washington D.C. resident and consultant at ICF International, recently traveled to Manchester, Tennessee for the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival.
I went here to: See the amazing lineup, people watch, and spend some quality adventure time with good friends.
The best way to travel here is: Road-trip in an RV (or 2) with your friends.
I stayed at: In a RV in the Bonnaroo campgrounds (pretty much the only way to do it!).
When it comes to packing, be sure to bring: Sunscreen, a bandana and some glow sticks.
The best thing I ate was: A pulled pork sandwich topped with mac & cheese and kimchi from Roti Rolls in the Food Truck Oasis.
I wish I hadn't: Forgotten to ride the Ferris wheel with awesome views of the entire grounds.
Don't miss: The free Garnier Fructis hair wash station.
Next time I will definitely: Stop in Nashville for a night before or after.
My favorite part of the trip was: Seeing a white horse do the two-step during the Santigold performance.
My advice would be: Drink water. Lots of it. Even if you don't want to.
