Bert's Top 5 Amusement Parks
1. Busch Gardens, Virginia
This has won most beautiful park a number of times for a reason. At times you feel like you are strolling the streets of a small European town. I could spend the day there and not ride a single ride and have a great day.
2. Cedar Point, Ohio
This is the Mecca of Amusement parks, so much so, categorizing it as an Amusement park is unfair to other Amusement parks. They have more rides and more thrills than anywhere I have ever been in my life. It's just a matter of time before Dubai buys Cedar point, unearths it, and moves it to it's own man made islands.
3. Dollywood, Tennessee
This park is as much a one of a kind park as its name sake is to the entertainment industry. The food is amazing, the rides are built seamlessly into the topography (which is something you rarely see that adds a massive mount of thrill), and the hospitality is bar none..and I haven't even mentioned the obvious..You might meet DOLLY PARTON!!!
4. Noah's Ark, Wisconsin
I love water parks, and this is one of the best waterparks with one of my all-time favorite water slides. Scorpion's Tail, a 10 story vertical looping slide, that happens in the blink of a sneeze.
5. Wet N' Wild, Cancun
Not only do they have a ton of great slides and a massive wave pool, but you can swim with Dolphins. And I swear when I tell you that swimming with dolphins is one of my top five life experiences.
