The Napa Rose S'more
GO HERE: Napa Rose, Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
INGREDIENTS (FOR ONE): 1 ounce bourbon whiskey; 1/2 ounce Licor 43; 1/2 ounce dark creme de cacao; 1/4 ounce mescal; 3 ounces coffee; whipped cream for garnish; chocolate syrup for garnish
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer on low heat for approximately 15 minutes. Serve warm in a coffee mug. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
Tropical Snowstorm

INGREDIENTS (FOR ONE): 1-1/2 ounces bourbon; 1/2 ounce coconut rum; 1 ounce cream of coconut; 1/4 ounce falernum syrup; 1/4 ounce cinnamon syrup; 1/4 ounce orgeat syrup; toasted coconut for garnish; peppermint candy cane for garnish
DIRECTIONS: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Rim the glass with toasted coconut, then garnish with a peppermint candy cane.
Gluhwein: Hot Spiced Wine

INGREDIENTS (FOR 4-6): 1 bottle Cabernet Sauvignon; 2-1/4 cups sugar; 1/4 Tbsp cloves; 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon; 1/2 Tbsp anise; 1 orange (cut into slices)
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients, including sliced oranges, in a pot. Simmer on low heat over the stove for approximately 15 minutes.
Pomegranate Mule

INGREDIENTS (FOR ONE): 1-1/4 ounces vodka; 3 ounces pomegranate juice; 1/2 ounces pomegranate syrup; 4 ounces ginger beer; 1/2 ounces pomegranate seeds for garnish; 1 fresh mint sprig for garnish
DIRECTIONS: Fill a cocktail shaker with vodka, pomegranate juice and pomegranate syrup, then shake well. Fill a copper mug with ice. Strain the base mix into the copper mug and fill to the top with ginger beer. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a fresh mint sprig.
Black Cherry Bourbon Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS (FOR ONE): 1 packet hot chocolate powder mix; 5 ounces hot water (or warm milk); 1/2 ounce toasted marshmallow syrup; 1-1/4 ounces black cherry bourbon; 2 ounces whipped cream for garnish; 1 maraschino cherry for garnish
DIRECTIONS: Mix together hot chocolate powder with hot water or milk. Add toasted marshmallow syrup and bourbon. Stir together, and top with whipped cream and a cherry.
Pecan Chicory Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS (FOR ONE): 2 ounces pecan vodka; 1 ounce chicory liqueur; 1 ounce espresso; 1/2 ounce simple syrup
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Sam's Slay Ride

INGREDIENTS (FOR ONE): 1 ounce honey whiskey liqueur; 1/2 ounce orange-flavored liqueur; 3/4 ounce ginger liqueur; 3/4 ounce lemon juice; 1 ounce pineapple, orange, guava juice mix; 1/4 ounce cinnamon syrup; 2 cherries for garnish; 1 mint spring for garnish.
DIRECTIONS: Fill a cocktail shaker glass with ice, add all liquid ingredients and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with two cherries and a mint spring. (Bartender's Note: Pineapple, orange and guava juice mix is available at most gourmet grocery stores.)
Poinsettia Cocktail

INGREDIENTS (FOR ONE): 1/2 ounce orange-flavored liqueur; 3 ounces cranberry juice; 1-1/2 ounces cuvée; 1 orange peel twist for garnish
DIRECTIONS: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add orange-flavored liqueur, cranberry juice and shake. Strain into a glass flute and top off with cuvée. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
Winter Wonderland

INGREDIENTS (FOR ONE): 1-1/2 ounces vodka; 3/4 ounces peppermint schnapps; 3/4 ounce white chocolate liquor; 1 mini candy cane for garnish; red sugar for rim
DIRECTIONS: Combine all wet ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled, sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a mini candy cane hanging on the rim.
