Maple Bacon Gelato Shake

Known for its traditional Italian gelato and fresh seasonal ingredients, Vivoli il Gelato is bringing the bacon trend to desserts. The shake is made with maple gelato spun with milk and bacon bits. The gelato is stuffed inside a white chocolate-dipped waffle cone and topped with whipped cream and a crispy bacon strip.

Chicken + Avocado Club Flatbread

Known for their locally-sourced, scratch-made flatbreads, Pinstripes' chicken and avocado club flatbread is a top choice among customers. First, they start with hand-stretched dough made with imported Italian ingredients. Then, they smother on melted provolone, Applewood smoked bacon, chicken, vine-ripe tomatoes, red onion and fresh avocado. The secret is the wood-fire pizza grill which makes these ingredients come together for the perfect taste.

DB 'Clothesline Candied Bacon'

The candied bacon dish is always a crowd-pleaser at The Edison. Seasoned with maple and black pepper, the four thickly-cut strips of juicy bacon are flanked on either side with sprigs of fresh rosemary, all of which is lightly torched right before serving.

BBQ Bacon Wahlbowl

Wahlburgers features a BBQ-bacon bowl with all of actor Donnie Wahlberg's favorite fixings: a hamburger, white cheddar, bacon, jalapenos and house-made avocado spread. All the ingredients are chopped then tossed with mixed greens and house-made BBQ dressing.

It's beef belly, cured with a special, secret mix and smoked. The beef bacon is served in a Mason jar with a side of bleu cheese fondue for dipping.
