West Palm Beach, FL
Held at the South Florida Fairgrounds, the Fright Nights include rides, games and a series of haunted areas to explore. The haunted areas are a dark arts village called Hex, an insane asylum called Hollow Hill and Freakers where all the creepy characters from your imagination come to life.
Pleasanton, CA
Pirates of Emerson includes 6 haunted houses such as the Pirates of Emerson, Wicked Wild West, Lockdown, Habit of Hags and Doll Hostel. Other activities are a corn maze, a MisFortune Teller and a bumpkin patch.
Spring City, PA
The Pennhurst Haunted Attraction includes 4 different areas. First, the Pennhurst Asylum is a hospital-themed walk through the building. The Dungeon of Lost Souls is a labyrinth of old cells, drafty halls and human experiments gone wrong. The Tunnel Terror is a journey through the 900-foot-long gauntlet that runs underneath the school. Lastly, the Ghost Hunt is a self-guided flashlight walk through the school’s dorm.

Philadelphia, PA
The Eastern State Penitentiary is celebrating 20 years of Terror Behind the Walls. The former prison becomes 6 haunted attractions -- the Gauntlet, Lock Down, Infirmary, The Experiment (in 3D), Night Watch and Break Out. There is also a Ghost Bus tour complete with stories from the prison, and an After Dark VIP flashlight walk of the grounds.
Knoxville, TN
FrightWorks is 2 haunted attractions -- Dream Reavers and Loki’s Labyrinth. Dream Reaver lets you explore an abandoned sleep research lab and face your nightmares. Loki’s Labyrinth is a devious maze that is guarded by horrible creatures and sinister traps.

The Haunted Mansion includes 3 different haunts. The Collector is a man who was mysteriously found dead after bringing together 13 different artifacts that were said to have supernatural powers. Waverly Hills Sanatorium was originally a school and later became a place for patients with tuberculosis. The place is said to be haunted and many paranormal events have been documented there. Waverly Hills does the 10 Years of Fear haunted house every Friday and Saturday night in October.
San Jose, CA
The Mystery House was built by Sarah Winchester who was convinced she was cursed after the death of her child and husband. Many feel the house was built for the spirits that haunted her. On Fight Nights the mansion includes the Curse of Sarah Winchester Maze where guests have to find their way out of the corn fields and haunted graveyard, and a Halloween Flashlight Tour through the mansion to learn the story of Sarah Winchester.
Grand Rapids, MI
The Haunt consists of 4 different attractions. The Haunt is a haunted house, factory and grounds inhabited by werewolves, ghouls and bats. Get lost in The Dark Maze where ghouls await you as you try to make your way out. Trapped is the name of a prison where the inmates are not the friendliest. And Clown Alley 3D is a visual experience where the clowns want you to stay and play forever.
Orlando, FL
Once a year Universal Studios Orlando is transformed into Halloween Horror Nights. In its 21st year the event includes 8 themed haunted houses, 6 scare zones and 2 live shows. As you walk the streets of the park you’ll come across groups of mutants, monsters and maniacs. Rides such as Jaws and Revenge of the Mummy are also open.
Snow Camp, NC
Run by Hollywood producers and make-up artists, this haunted house and graveyard is said to be the largest and most elaborate in the US.
