Julia Mancuso knows a thing or two about life on the road. The American Alpine skier and Olympic champion spends much of the year competing in events all over the world. Julia is blogging about her life on the slopes for TravelChannel.com.

Julia has won 3 Olympic medals, more than any other American woman ski racer. She won a gold medal in giant slalom at the 2006 Torino Olympics and silver medals in downhill and combined at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. She has won 3 world championship medals and has 4 wins on the World Cup pro circuit.

While she’s not skiing Julia spends most of her time in Maui where she trains. She enjoys yoga, surfing, and stand-up paddling. Julia also has her own lingerie line called “Kiss My Tiara” which can be found on her website. Julia was also a features correspondent for NBC’s coverage of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
