Culinary Institute of America Boot Camp (California, Texas and New York)
It's a foodie's dream to take cooking classes at one of the finest culinary institutes in the world. Now, it's not only chefs-in-training who have the opportunity to do so. CIA's boot camps in St. Helena, California; Hyde Park, N.Y.; and San Antonio offer camp experiences that include classes in grilling and barbecue, pastries, and Italian cuisine.

Adult Band Camp (Interlochen, Michigan)
Remember, in American Pie? "This one time, at band camp..." Yes, band camp is an actual thing, and now adults can take part in a much more PG-rated version at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Attendees are taught instrumental master classes, get coached at chamber music sessions and play in the ensemble. The grand finale is a live performance on Interlochen's campus.
Club Getaway (Kent, Connecticut)
Club Getaway takes the best parts of summer camp — socializing, water and team sports, crafts — and adds a number of adult twists, such as wine socials and sexy salsa classes. There's a solid focus on partying and nightlife here, including happy hours, dinner parties and marshmallow roasting at late-night campfires.
Adult Space Academy at Space Camp (Huntsville, Alabama)
Countless kids dream of becoming astronauts, but very few take the actual plunge. Yet adult space camp allows those childhood fantasies to become reality. Campers construct and launch model rockets, train on astronaut simulators and attend spaceflight history classes.
High Cascade Snowboarding Camp (Government Camp, Oregon)
If you're hoping to shred the gnar on some fresh pow (er, that's ride down the mountain on fresh snow, in non-snowboarder speak), head to High Cascade’s snowboarding camp. There are three summer sessions for adults, during which you'll receive professional coaching and video analysis of your rides. Post-snowboarding activities include mountain biking and skateboarding clinics.
Arizona Cowboy College (Scottsdale, Arizona)
Make your "giddyup, cowboy" dreams come true at Arizona Cowboy College, where city slickers learn the literal ropes of life on a ranch. Lessons in horsemanship skills, roping, penning and sorting can all be part of the experience.
