The LINE DC

Located in Washington, DC's Adams Morgan neighborhood, The LINE DC is far from your basic hotel. Housed in a neoclassical church with preserved 60-foot ceilings, millwork and brass detailing and large copper entry doors, it's an architecture lover's dream. The hotel features 220 guest rooms, a live broadcast radio station and a rooftop with views overlooking the Washington Monument and the Washington National Cathedral. Another location from The Line Hotels will open in Austin, Texas later this spring.

Opening: January 2018

Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort + Spa

After its soft opening, this all-inclusive Caribbean resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica will continue to roll out the Grande Spa and third Sentry tower in January. Targeting both business and leisure travelers, the resort offers butler service, international food and beverage options, a two-floor, villa-inspired spa and 25,000 square feet of meeting space.

Opening: Early 2018

Crowne Plaza HY36

With a sleek design, a state-of-the-art gym, a social eatery, year-round backyard lounge with a retractable roof and a resident dog named Wellington, this property is reinventing the Crowne Plaza brand just a few blocks from New York's most iconic attractions.

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur

In the heart of Malaysia's capital, the luxury Four Seasons property will feature 209 guest rooms and suites as well as 27 serviced apartments. A spa, outdoor pool and poolside bar with will provide an urban sanctuary. Two restaurants, two lounges, two ballrooms and four function rooms will serve business and leisure travelers.

Opening: Mid 2018

The Fairlane Hotel

This luxe 81-room boutique hotel featuring retro-modern decor will bring 1960s style to downtown Nashville, just steps from the bustle on Broadway. Visitors and locals alike will be able to enjoy a cup of Stumptown Coffee at Union Teller, sandwiches from the delicatessen Mile End or brunch, lunch and dinner at Ellington's Bar + Grill on the fourth-floor terrace.

Opening: Early 2018

Downtown LA Proper Hotel

Opening in the former YMCA building on the Historic Broadway Corridor, Downtown LA Proper will include two ground-floor restaurants, a rooftop pool and lounge, and the renovation of some of the building's historic, double-height spaces into unique suites and public areas, such as the transformation of the historic basketball court into a Hollywood screening room suite.

Opening: Mid 2018

Hotel Xcaret Mexico

Located in Mexico's Riviera Maya region, Hotel Xcaret Mexico will debut a 900-suite, all-inclusive resort that will be the only resort with direct access to the region’s eight interactive parks, offering everything from cave diving to live Mayan cultural performances. The resort will include traditional and modernized Mexican cuisine with 18 bars and restaurants in total. Carlos Gaytan, Top Chef contestant, Chicago restaurateur and the first Mexican Michelin-starred chef, will enter into a year-long partnership with Hotel Xcaret to oversee elements of the resort's food and beverage offerings.

Pod Times Square

The tiny trend isn't just for homeowners, it's for travelers, too. Pod Times Square will become the fifth asset in the Pod Hotel collection, offering 665 rooms across 28 floors — each about 115 square feet. Located in the heart of Times Square, on the corner of 42nd Street and 9th Avenue, Pod Times Square will expand on the micro-hotel concept, offering 45 Pod Pads, living suites varying from 600 to 800 square feet, available for those interested in extended-stay options or even long-term leases. NoMad Los Angeles

NoMad Los Angeles brings the spirit of the New York flagship to the historic Giannini building in Downtown LA. From the design to the cafe, you'll find Italian inspiration throughout as a nod to the building's roots as the former Bank of Italy. The hotel will feature 241 rooms, a casually elegant restaurant and bar, library, an all-day cafe, formal dining room and rooftop pool with sweeping skyline views.

Opening: January 2018

Regent Jakarta

Opening in Indonesia's capital city of Jakarta, this luxury property will consist of 126 guest rooms and suites and world-class dining options, including a specialty restaurant and library bar.

Opening: Late 2018

Origin Hotel

Slated for a winter 2018 opening, the Origin Hotel will be a boutique property at the retail and lifestyle center The Summit at Fritz Farm in Lexington, Ky. The 120-room hotel will feature loft-style suites inspired by the Bluegrass Region, The Still restaurant, bike sharing and a flexible event space. The property will be located within walking distance of the shop Draper James, the clothing line launched by Reese Witherspoon, the newly opened Honeywood restaurant by Ouita Michel and the region's first food hall, The Barn.

Opening: Late 2018

The Siren Hotel

The iconic Wurlitzer Building in Detroit has been transformed into an old-meets-new hotel with 106 rooms, seven food and beverage spaces, a barber shop, a flower shop and a rooftop with panoramic views of the city. The name, The Siren, is inspired by the Greek mythological creature and acts as a metaphor calling people back to the city of Detroit, mirroring the revitalization of the former Rust Belt City.

Opening: January 2018

The Royal Suites Coral Hotel

In Costa Mujeres, Mexico, the Palladium Hotel Group will open two new properties, The Royal Suites Coral Hotel (pictured), an adult-only property, along with the family-friendly Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa. The properties will offer guests access to breathtaking sights of clear ocean waters, colorful coral reefs and intriguing marine spaces.

Opening: Late 2018

Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island

This new five-star Seychelles resort is the epitome of a tropical getaway. This family-friendly resort will include 71 accommodations including bungalows, villas, suites and residences — all with a private pool and beach access. Guests will be able to take advantage of the world-class fishing and diving and beachside swimming pools, as well luxurious amenities like a salon and spa with five treatment suites, 24-hour in-villa dining and grocery deliveries for residences.

Zuri Zanzibar

A member of Design Hotels, the Zuri Zanzibar resort in the archipelago off the coast of Tanzania will offer 55 bungalows, suites and beach villas, overlooking the blue waters of the Indian Ocean. The property also features an infinity pool, diving center and spice garden.

Opening: Mid 2018

The Celino South Beach

This 132-room boutique hotel on Miami's Ocean Drive will include Latin charisma and tropical class to celebrate the landmark of where the first "Conga Line" took place. Guests can look forward to a rooftop glass-bottom pool overlooking the ocean, courtyard pool, rooftop sun deck, three restaurants and two bars.

Opening: Mid 2018

Freehand New York

Freehand New York will be housed in the former George Washington Hotel in the Flatiron District, which was once home to many storied writers, musicians and creatives. Designed by Roman & Williams, the hotel will feature 358 private rooms and five dining options led by distinguished restauranteurs. Freehand New York will also launch "The Freehand Fellowship" in partnership with Live Arts Bard, Bard College’s artist residency and commissioning program, and the Bard College MFA program, where selected artists will have the opportunity to live, work and exhibit at the hotel.
