Newmar King Aire designs their most extravagant coach ever, while Forks RV builds a 43-foot-long custom trailer. Colorado engineer, and the Founder of EarthRoamer, Bill Swails, creates the first self-sufficient, off-road expedition vehicle.

Foretravel, American Coach and Heintz Designs

The first stop on our tour is Texas to watch Foretravel Motorcoach build a custom motorhome. Next up, we head to Indiana to see American Coach's construction of a first-class party-mobile. Then finally, we hit Florida to witness the restoration of a 1957 Airfloat "Landyacht."

Entegra, Renegade and Global Expedition

Journey to Bristol, IN, to see how Renegade builds a custom IKON RV. Then head across the state to see Entegra Coach in Middlebury, where high-end RVs are produced en masse. Finally, travel down to a small town in Missouri for the construction of a Global Expedition Vehicle.

Featherlite, Thor and Duba's Horse Trailer

Take a trip to Featherlite Coaches in Virginia to see what goes into making a $2 million RV; go behind the scenes in Indiana for the making of an epic toy hauler with a garage and tailgate patio; and check out the blinged-out, customized trailer for a rodeo star, his family and 4 horses.

Custom RV and Trailer Combo and a Airstream Trailer

Germany's Volkner Mobil produces the Mobil Performance RV, which can hold a Mini Cooper inside! Oregon's Marathon Coach builds for an epic RV-trailer combo, and California's Hofmann Architecture updates a vintage Airstream.

Unicat, Timeless and Bespoke's Cushy Caravan

Cross the Atlantic to Dettenheim, Germany, to go behind the scenes in Unicat's plant to watch the construction of the TerraCross-59; head to Timeless Travel Trailers in Wheat Ridge, CO, to see how they breathe new life into vintage trailers; and finally, travel to Bespoke Trailers in California to see how customers design their own Sprinter vans.
