You've heard of Madrid, Barcelona, and Seville, but what about Valencia?Samantha heads to this Spanish Mediterranean coastal city to see how it's changing its underdog reputation and fast becoming a Cinderella city. Samantha heads out to cruise alongside sailboats practicing for the America's Cup. We'll see if she has the moves it takes for mastering the flamenco, she'll step inside a bullfighting arena for a lesson with the red cape, and she'll share a Sunday afternoon "paella" tradition with a local family. Samantha discovers that Valencia is fast carving out its place as a must-see destination in modern Spain.
