Steve speaks with a flight expert at a nearby airfield about a terrible helicopter accident that happened near the Arctic Circle Hot Springs Resort.

Steve speaks with the owner of the Circle Hot Springs Resort. The owner has had trouble selling the property because of all the rumors of paranormal activity there.
Steve learns more about the helicopter accident, and discovers that a young bride died on the way to her wedding reception at the resort.
The Arctic Circle Hot Springs Resort is located about 140 miles northeast of Fairbanks, AK, near the small mining village of Central. The resort closed in 2002, but Bill, the caretaker, still lives on the property. His daughters are concerned for his safety.

Bill, the resort’s caretaker, and his family have seen many strange apparitions at the resort. It seems as though some of the dead that remain at the resort are dangerous and able to hurt the living.
Steve speaks with the owner of the Arctic Circle Hot Springs Resort. The owner doesn’t believe that there is paranormal activity there, but trusts his caretaker and believes his stories.
Amy does her walk through the building, and is frightened by some of the spirits that she encounters.
Amy quickly realizes that there is one spirit that is particularly hostile to women.
Amy and Steve meet with the resort’s caretaker and his daughters, who are stunned by the similarities between Amy’s sketch and a photo Steve has uncovered.
