Meet Rob Pralgo
Actor and producer Rob Pralgo has a recurring role on Lifetime's Army Wives, and he has made appearances on several other TV shows, including Vampire Diaries,The Gates, Prison Break, One Tree Hill, Baywatch Nightsand All My Children.
